Basteji Bark mulch 20-40mm is a natural material consisting of carefully sieved pine bark. A wonderful product for garden care that needs to be renewed periodically. It significantly improves the air permeability of the soil, performing the functions of regulating the amount of moisture and temperature fluctuations. Rotting enriches the soil with rotting substances. The decorative appearance is maintained for 2-3 years.

Application:
Bark mulch is applied to the pits in a 5-8 cm thick layer. Then water thoroughly. This fraction is very well suited for large-sized flowering shrubs, lilacs, aronias, thuja, yews, ornamental firs and junipers.
An excellent material for the installation of paths and squares in the garden or park. Before applying mulch, it is preferable to use slow-dissolving nitrogen mineral fertilizers. This ensures gradual access of nutrients to the active growth zone of the roots. The best time for mulching is spring and autumn. When planting container plants, the time of year does not matter.
